1995 Miata Restoration Process

this project definitely counts as a resto-mod and a show car! From the shaved engine bay, to the chrome (oh there's a lot of chrome) to the sound system and custom gauges. This car was built with one goal in mind- to make the owner as happy as she can be!

The car was a bit crusty when it came in. needed to standard quarters and rockers treatment. 

Before it went off to paint, we did a full shave on the engine bay. This customer was no stranger to show cars, (she actually used to compete in concourse events with classis Jaguars) and didn't want any visible holes, notches or "un pretty" metal showing in the engine bay. So we reshaped and remolded much of the bodywork to create a glossy smooth finish.
